The Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG) has established and manages public key infrastructure by establishing the CBCG Certification Body to provide electronic trust services. The Body acts as a provider of unqualified electronic trust services for issuing certificates for use within the closed CBCG Payment System environment.

As the electronic trust services provider, the CBCG publishes:

• Central Bank of Montenegro Policy for providing electronic trust service for the development of certificates for an advanced electronic stamp for the CBCG Payment System participants, and
  
  
• Central Bank of Montenegro practical rules for providing electronic trust service for the development of certificates for an advanced electronic stamp for the participants in the CBCG Payment System.
