Women On Boards

In cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the CBCG implements the “Women on Boards Montenegro” programme for the second generation of participants. 

The programme aims to strengthen Montenegro’s inclusive and progressive business environment by adhering to the highest corporate standards and ESG principles.

The project focuses on preparing the Montenegrin business environment for aligning domestic legislation with the EU’s legal framework, enabling Montenegrin companies to adapt to binding ESG standards and promote gender balance at the highest decision-making levels.
