  • In 2021, the CBCG and NGO “ICT Cortex” signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on the implementation of joint activities with the aim of intensifying the cooperation of the two organizations in the process of developing new technologies on the financial market, as well as on the exchange of knowledge and the promotion of platforms for the development of fintech in Montenegro.

  • In 2021, the CBCG and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering from Podgorica signed the MoU on joing activities with a view to intensifying the cooperation between the Central bank of Montenegro and this higher education institution of the University of Montenegro in the field of development of new technologies on the financial market.

  • In 2021, an Agreement on electronic transfer of payment transaction data credited to transaction accounts opened for the collection of public revenues was signed among the following signatories: the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media, the Central Bank of Montenegro, and the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Central Bank of Montenegro shall transfer to the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media data on payment transactions credited to transaction accounts opened for the collection of public revenues which it has obtained from participants in the Payment System of the CBCG, with the aim of their verification.
