The manner of checking the fitness and authenticity of Euro banknotes and coins, then the conditions and manner of recirculation and replacement procedure, withdrawal and destruction of unfit Euro banknotes and coins is regulated by the Decision on Authenticity and Fitness Checking and Recirculation of Euro Banknotes and Coins (OGM 35/11, 61/18, 122/21).
