CBCG Conducts Survey on Customer Satisfaction with Banking Services

03/12/2025

The CBCG has launched the first comprehensive survey on customer satisfaction with banking services, aiming to identify areas where the quality of banking services in the country needs improvements.

Through a short online survey consisting of 18 questions, banking service customers can evaluate various aspects of banking operations – transaction security, interest rates and fees, availability of digital services, personal data protection, quality of information provided, staff expertise and courtesy, and the level of social responsibility of the banks they use.

The Survey is being conducted to provide data for the further improvement of policies and practices in the banking sector, in line with the Central Bank of Montenegro’s responsibilities regarding the protection of the rights of banks’ clients and users of financial services.

The Survey will be open for the next 15 days on the CBCG website and social media. It is completely anonymous and will be used solely to improve service quality and identify areas that require enhancement.
