International CBCG Journal quoted among 20 percent of the best journals in the world in its field


According to the SCOPUS ranking for 2021, the international Journal of Central Banking Theory and Practice, published by the CBCG, was among the 20% of the best journals in the world covering General Economics, Econometrics and Finance, with a quotation index of 2.6.

SCOPUS is a database of abstracts and quotations from scientific and academic journals in which thousands of peer-reviewed journals from natural, technical, medical and social sciences are indexed. The SCOPUS’s importance in the scientific community is proven by over 1000 journals applying for evaluation yearly, with a pass rate of about 50 percent.

The CBCG has been successfully publishing the Journal of Central Banking Theory and Practice for eleven years. The Journal publishes original scientific papers on the theoretical and practical aspects of central banking and monetary policy, including issues and issues of supervision, banking and management in central banks. The Journal’s editorial board includes prominent professors and central bankers of 16 countries from all continents.

The Journal is published three times a year, applying the strictest international standards to publishing papers and reviews. The Journal receives a three-digit number of papers from all continents annually, of which the top 30 are accepted and published annually.
