In line with its statutory obligation regarding the professional development of its employees, the CBCG makes significant efforts to train its staff in international financial institutions and European central banks where its employees can acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge they are able to apply in their daily work later on.

Moreover, the CBCG has been recognised as an institution which, in cooperation with academic institutions in Montenegro, enables students to gain hands-on experience in central banking and encourages its professional staff to give presentations and lectures. The CBCG employees thus have the opportunity to present their knowledge and master their presentations skills.
