CBCG Electronic Services in Support of More Efficient Business Operations

29/04/2026

With the aim of accelerating procedures and facilitating business operations, and in light of the ongoing digitalisation of the Central Register of Business Entities, the CBCG reminds users of the availability of electronic services designed to support businesses, entrepreneurs and institutions.

Through the CBCG ePortal, a modern electronic platform that enables fast, secure and straightforward access to services, users can submit requests electronically and obtain certificates, extracts, overviews and reports from the Enforced Collection System and the Central Register of Transaction Accounts of Legal Entities and Entrepreneurs.

Thanks to the ePortal, the required documentation can be obtained without visiting a counter, thereby saving time, reducing administrative costs and further simplifying the fulfilment of legal and business obligations.

Via the ePortal, and upon request by legal entities and entrepreneurs, the Enforced Collection System issues certificates on the number of days an account has been blocked, for a specified date or period.

At the request of a judgment debtor, the following services are also available: a certificate on the number of days an account has been blocked, for a specified date or period; a certificate on total outstanding liabilities to enforcement creditors; an overview of executed blocking orders; and an overview of unexecuted and partially executed blocking orders.

At the request of a judgement creditor, a certificate on the priority order of the creditor’s claims in the priority register is issued.

The fee for issuing certificates, extracts, overviews and reports in electronic form amounts to €1.00 per document.

The portal is available at ePortal, and access requires a qualified digital certificate.

A user guide for electronic access and use of services for accessing data from the Enforcement System and the Central Register of Transaction Accounts is available on the CBCG website at Link.

The CBCG invites legal entities, entrepreneurs and other interested users to take advantage of the available electronic services and complete their administrative obligations in a simpler, faster and more efficient manner.
