Under the Payment System Law (“Official Gazette of Montenegro” Nos. 62/13, 6/14), the CBCG is obliged to publish data concerning the enforced collection procedure, namely the names of legal entities and entrepreneurs, their registration numbers, amounts of funds frozen on the account and the number of days of uninterrupted account freezing.
