Director of the Centre for Technical Cooperation of the Deutsche Bundesbank, Martin Dinkelborg and CEO of Central Bank of Montenegro, Radoica Luburić, signed i the Memorandum of Understanding on technical cooperation in Frankfurt on 10 March 2016. Previous Memorandum of Understanding between the Central Bank of Montenegro and Deutsche Bundesbank was signed in April 2012.

It is a document that represents the basis of successful cooperation in the field of personnel training, which Deutsche Bundesbank  has been organizing for many years in the form of technical cooperation. This cooperation enables the Central Bank of Montenegro to participate in important projects and seminars organized by the Deutsche Bundesbank. Only in 2015, 36 employees of the Central Bank of Montenegro, participated in seminars, workshops and bilateral programs in Frankfurt, while over 20 participated in the program of cooperation with the Deutsche Bundesbank organized in Podgorica. These activities will continue in the coming year.

Members of delegations of the two central banks attended the signing of the Memorandum, as well as the meetings organized on this occasion.
