ANNOUNCEMENT: Governor Radović in Brussels

The CBCG Governor, Ms Irena Radović, will participate in the Economic and Financial Dialogue between the European Union and Candidate countries and Potential Candidates, held on 14 May in Brussels, under the patronage of Mr Paolo Gentiloni, the European Union’s Commissioner for Economy. The meeting will be chaired by Mr Vincent Van Peteghem, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Belgium, the country that currently presides over the European Union, as well as high-ranked officials of Hungary and Poland, who will take over the presidency of the Council of the EU in the coming period.

The meeting will cover the economic situation, current challenges in the candidate and potential candidate countries, and the European Commission’s recommendations for conducting economic policies in these countries.

During her visit to Brussels, Governor Radović will also meet with the Chair of the European Payment Council, Mr Javier Santamaria, to discuss upcoming activities related to expanding the SEPA geographical area to Montenegro. Governor Radović will also have several other meetings on this topic at the European Commission.
