REQUEST FOR BID: TIPS Clone Connectivity Services

Under the “Montenegro Financial Infrastructure Modernization and its Alignment with SEPA Standards Project (TIPS Clone Project)”, financed by the World Bank, the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG) has launched a procurement for “TIPS Clone Connectivity Services”. The project aims to modernize Montenegro’s digital payments infrastructure, align it with the EU Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) standards, and enable instant payments in real time, 24/7, for both domestic and cross-border transactions. The procurement covers software and hardware solutions for establishing secure network connectivity between CBCG and the TIPS Clone platform, in full compliance with the technical requirements set by the Banca d’Italia and through an authorized TIPS Clone Network Service Provider.
