CBCG Celebrates the Global Money Week

From 20 to 26 March, the CBCG will traditionally celebrate Global Money Week (GMW), the global event organised in 176 participating countries to strengthen financial literacy and economic knowledge and skills among children and youth.

This year’s GMW focuses on raising awareness of the implications of a responsible and informed approach in making financial decisions and an individual financial welfare’s relations to the environment and society. The CBCG will celebrate this year’s GMW under its official theme, “Plan your money, plant your future”. 

As a global campaign participant for the eleventh consecutive time since its beginning, the CBCG will conduct numerous educational programs at all education levels, from preschool institutions to universities. Through workshops, presentations, and printed and video material, it will explain our everyday life finance concepts.

As a socially responsible institution, the CBCG continuously works to financially educate our population and contribute to acquiring knowledge, skills and behaviour necessary for making proper financial decisions and wise money management in the future.
