The Central Bank of Montenegro warns the public that fake news is circulating on the Internet in which public figures allegedly invite investment in cryptocurrencies via digital platforms. Texts of this type that mention the CBCG are completely made up!

We ask the citizens to be careful and to take the information obtained via social media with a grain of salt, especially if it is about offers in which they are being assured that with a certain investment they can earn money in a short time.

We emphasize that you can find all official CBCG announcements on the CBCG website and our social media accounts (FB, Linkedin, IG, X).
