The CBCG Warns: Fraudulent Offers from Non-Licenced Credit Institutions

The CBCG warns of false information and offers that offer the public the ability to grant online loans in Montenegro, based on the alleged agreement on cooperation between Loan Link and the CBCG. We inform the public that the CBCG has not issued a licence to Loan Link to engage in microcredit activities.

The CBCG licenced the listed institutions; they operate according to the laws of Montenegro and are subject to regular inspections of the CBCG, which guarantees their clients the protection of financial assets and the rights established by regulations.
