Our employees
The CBCG has gathered experts from different areas who are dedicated to the joint objective – safeguarding financial system’s stability.
As the supreme monetary institution with highly complex and demanding competences and responsibilities, the CBCG employed 382 persons as at 31 December 2025. Of the total number of employees, 81.14% have university education. Among them, 25.65% have the academic degree of MA/MSc, while 2.87% have the title of PhD.
Women have the prevailing share in the gender structure of employees, making up 60.47% of the total number of employees.
Apart from the employees’ educational qualifications and expertise, we are particularly proud of the diverse age structure that includes all generations - from “baby boomers” to “post-millennials”.
This diversity enables a combination of innovation and experience, where younger employees bring fresh ideas and technical agility, while older colleagues provide rich experience and institutional knowledge. Such intergenerational cooperation, creating synergy, strengthens our organisational culture, encourages continuous learning and contributes to the institution’s stability and resilience.
